One inbox for every domain, mailbox and product
Generic mail apps do not know that one inbox can hold ten domains, a few products and two hundred aliases. Ours is built around it, and it is where you and your AI agent meet.
One Inbox for everything
Mail of every domain, mailbox and product in one list, each message marked with the address it was sent to. Open a single mailbox or domain when you want to focus.
Your agent’s drafts, ready to send
Replies your AI agent prepared wait in Drafts, marked as AI drafts, from the right address. Read, change if needed, send.
See where every message went
Each message shows the domain and alias it was sent to. Filter the sidebar by domain or by alias, for example everything sent to @hobby-radio.org.
Pick the right identity, automatically
The From field lists every address on every domain. When you reply, the address the message was sent to is chosen for you.
New alias while you write
Type a new address on your domain into the From field and it is created on the spot.
Block this address
One button on the message turns off a catch-all or masked address that started getting spam.
Domain health at a glance
If a DNS record for one of your domains breaks, a bar at the top tells you what and how to fix it.
Shared mailboxes
support@ or info@ shared with the people who answer it. Members see their own and the shared mailboxes; the owner sees everything.
Everything you expect
- Threads, folders and labels, search with filters for sender, recipient, date and attachments
- HTML and plain text writing, drag and drop attachments, drafts saved as you type
- Undo send for a few seconds, one-click unsubscribe where the sender supports it
- Keyboard shortcuts, light and dark themes
- Rules and filters, with Sieve under the hood for those who want it
Private by default
- Remote images are blocked until you allow them, so tracking pixels do not report back
- Allowed images load through our proxy, which hides your IP address
- Message HTML is cleaned and shown in an isolated frame
- Built on JMAP, the same open protocol available to you and other apps, with no private back doors
Install it on your phone
Add the webmail to your phone's home screen and it works like an app, with push notifications for new mail. Updates arrive on their own.
Or use any mail app
Every mailbox works over IMAP and SMTP, so Thunderbird, Apple Mail, Outlook and mobile apps work
too. Most of them set themselves up automatically. Server: mail.centomail.com.
