Questions about pricing and billing
How do I pay?
You top up a prepaid balance, from €10, through Creem. The balance pays €0.01 a day for the account and for what you store and send. There is no subscription and no monthly bill, and you are never charged more than you topped up.
How do I know how long my balance lasts?
The console shows your balance, this month’s usage and how long the balance lasts at your current usage. We email you when about 30 days and 7 days are left. Automatic top-ups are optional.
How does the trial work?
Every new account starts with a €1 credit at the same prices, so you see what your own usage costs. You connect your domain, create mailboxes and send up to 50 messages a day. Your first top-up ends the trial. One trial per email address and per domain. No card needed.
What happens when the balance runs out?
Sending stops at once; mail keeps arriving and is kept, and we let you know. After 30 days the account becomes read-only, still receiving. After about 90 days new mail is refused with a clear message to the sender, and your data is still kept. After about 12 months, and after more warnings, the account is deleted.
Do I pay per address, mailbox or domain?
No. Domains, mailboxes, aliases and members are unlimited. You pay only €0.01 a day for the account, plus storage and sending.
Do you charge for AI?
No. Your assistant runs on your own AI subscription, such as Claude. We give it safe access to your mail.
How are taxes handled?
Payments are processed by Creem, the merchant of record. Creem calculates and collects VAT, GST or sales tax for your country, shows it at checkout and issues receipts and invoices.
What happens to unused balance?
It stays on your account and keeps paying for it. Top-ups are not refunded, which is why you can try everything first on the €1 trial credit.
Do you show ads or sell data?
No. The service is paid for by its users. We do not show ads, build advertising profiles or sell data.
